We are putting this update on the web, so everyone knows exactly what is happening over here. I have now been here in the
Philippines for 1 year, and we have witnessed the Hand of God at work, as He has manifested His power in he midst of this people.
Maria and I were married here on July 16th, 2008, and we began laying the foundation for this ministry among the
87 million people who inhabit these 7000 islands. I was asked to be the guest speaker in the Great Commission Annual Conference
and Convention here in Iligan. It was hosted by founder and President Nilfee Reston. God was present to confirm His Word.
Then Pastor Rodrigo (Rudy) Ecis invited me to minister in his Sunday service, and the glory of God came down and many received
from God, in spite of the brownout that took the electricity halfway thru the meeting. It was not needed for the lights, but for
the fans, which provide a bit of respite from the grueling heat and humidity. We have continued to work with Pastor Rudy in feeding
the 200+ children who live in the dump here.

Then we did some public feeding programs in the City Plaza, usually feeding over 500 each time. Maria and I are both member of
the Rotary Club of Iligan Bay, and we joined the outreach team from RCIB in this.

Word came to us of a 10 year old boy called Moi  Moi, who "was dying" from a brain stem tumor, and only had a few weeks 2 Iive."
Maria and I went to his hospital room, spoke "words of Spirit and Life" to him and his parents then prayed for him. I saw the
Light of God come down and dwell on the tumor and stay. I told the parents," he will live and not die." "No matter what things
look like, he will recover"! Long story, short...he is well today, because, it is not what anyone says, but what God says, that shapes
our tomorrows!

Meanwhile we found a Day Care facility, that had been opened before the last election, as a "vote getter" by the city government,
and then "abandoned" and left as a "political orphan".
We adopted it, and did a renovation and paint job on it. Before we
took it over, the children came in the morning, and quickly and quietly left in the evening. No one " hung around". Now, the
joyful sounds are heard all day, and children and scores of neighborhood adults are there "socializing" EVERY evening until way
past dark.

Also, we have been working on Maria's papers/application for visa to come to the U.S. and her residency. The approval letter came
June 30. The letter is only valid for a certain number of days. In that time we must obtain her medical exam, embassy interview, pay
visa fees, and get to the States in order to finish the process there.

We must go to Manila for a week to do the Med and Embassy. Plane ticket, Manila costs, are about $3000.00.Simply put, WE NEED A
MIRACLE NOW.

We are in process of opening 2 combination Bible college/Vo-Tech schools. 1 is in Del Carmen, Iligan, the other is in Tulang,
Getafe, Bohol. We have already bought property in both places. There is a house on each property, which we will begin in,and modify
to suit the need.

The pictures here will fill in the blanks.
